"I feel that a safe, soft, and warm environment inspires insight and reflection which encourages positive change. I have had the privilege of working with many couples on the verge of divorce, discovery of infidelity, lack of communication or mismatched sexual styles that have been able to repair relationships and come out stronger and closer than they have ever been before. These couples are known as the "Masters" of relationships. My commitment is to help ALL relationships become "Masters." As a specialist in marriage and family therapy, I can assist with reorganizing your relationship with a focus on an outcome that is best for your couple's style and your family. Working on improving communication, intimacy, and attachment can help breathe life into your relationships. I also welcome individual and family clients who are struggling with life concerns like depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I look forward to contributing to your success and healing."
